Brendan O'Byrne — I'm Brendan O'Byrne, a former team leader in Battle Company's Second Platoon. I am now out of the Army. If you are interested in contacting anyone in Second Platoon or have general questions about us or about the US military, I'm the person you want to talk to. If you're a soldier - or are married to a soldier - and are having a hard time, I can help. I had a lot of problems adjusting to life after the Army, and I struggled with post-traumatic stress disorder. I'm good now, but I've learned a lot.

I'm also trying to coordinate support for our brothers from the battalion who have returned to Afghanistan for another tour.
